Privacy policy.

Effective August 27, 2026. Discontent LLC, Los Angeles, California.

This policy covers discontent.co and the Discontent calendar publisher — the internal tool that posts approved content from our Google Sheets calendars to connected social accounts, including TikTok.

What we collect

On the public site we collect almost nothing from you. Cloudflare may process standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamps) to serve and protect the site. The page loads Golos Text from Google Fonts. If you email us, we keep what you send in that thread.

If you or a Discontent teammate connect a social account to the calendar publisher, we receive what that network’s OAuth flow provides. For TikTok that typically includes an access token, refresh token, open ID, granted scopes, and basic profile fields needed to publish. We also process the caption, media, and schedule already on the calendar row you marked ready to post.

How we use it

What we do not do

Who we share with

Cloudflare hosts the site. Google provides fonts, Workspace email, and the Sheets/Drive files the calendar lives in. When you connect TikTok, Meta, or another network, we send that network the media and caption for the approved post. We share information if the law requires it.

Retention

Site logs follow Cloudflare’s defaults. Email stays as long as the conversation is useful. OAuth tokens stay until you disconnect the app, we replace the connection, or we no longer publish for that account. Calendar content lives in Google Sheets and Drive under Discontent’s (or the client’s) existing files.

Your choices

Email frontdesk@discontent.co to ask what we hold, correct it, or request deletion. To stop TikTok publishing, revoke Discontent in TikTok’s app permissions and tell us so we can drop the stored tokens. California residents can make the same requests; we will not discriminate for exercising those rights.
