Terms of service.

Effective August 27, 2026. Discontent LLC, Los Angeles, California.

These terms cover discontent.co and the Discontent calendar publisher. If we have a separate client agreement with you, that agreement controls where it conflicts.

The site

The public site is informational. It may be a holding page while we rebuild. Nothing on it is an offer for work until we both sign a scope. Do not scrape, overload, or impersonate the site.

The publisher

The calendar publisher reads approved rows from a Google Sheet and posts that caption and media to social accounts you connect, including TikTok via TikTok’s Login Kit and Content Posting API.

Accounts and authorization

Only connect accounts you are allowed to operate. If you connect a client or employer account, you confirm you have permission. We may suspend a connection that looks compromised or that violates a platform’s terms.

Intellectual property

Discontent owns the site, wordmark, and publisher. You keep ownership of your content. You grant us the limited right to process and transmit that content so we can publish the posts you approved.

Disclaimer

The site and publisher are provided as-is. Social networks change APIs, rate limits, and review rules. We are not liable for a platform taking a post down, delaying it, or restricting an account. To the extent California law allows, our liability for claims about the site or publisher is limited to the fees you paid us for the related work in the prior three months, or one hundred dollars if there were no such fees.

Law

California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Los Angeles County have exclusive venue, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a new effective date on this page. Questions: frontdesk@discontent.co.
